Stompers Bring Home Trophies from International Hoedown
The Columbus Stompers made a spectacular showing at the 2010 IAGLCWDC Hoedown in Austin, Texas. With three teams and an exhibition troop, the Stompers were the largest contingent at the 17th-annual event.
The Columbus Stompers' team won the multi-week "Family feud" competition at Score Bar on May 19. They knew all the right answers... or at least the answers to match a survey of bar patrons.
Stompers Raise $$$ for BRAVO with "Boots & Boxers"
(April 16, 2010) The Columbus Stompers showed off their assets to raise money for BRAVO and the upcoming competition expedition. Score Bar hosted the Stompers' "Boots & Boxers" event, complete with silent auction.
Stompers were able to donate $192.50 to BRAVO!

Stompers Donate to Scholarship Fund
The Columbus Stompers voted unanimously to approve a $500.00 donation to the Tyler Goolsby Scholarship Fund to assist dancers who want to attend the annual IAGLCWDC convention.

Volunteers from the Columbus Stompers helped make it a happier holiday for dozens of Central Ohio families at the annual CATF/COHPA Holiday Dinner. Stompers members manned the check-in tables, the coat check and even the emcee's podium as more than 200 people celebrated the holiday season at Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
Jim Chakeris will serve another term as the head-honcho of the Columbus Stompers. Chakeris was re-elected at the latest General Membership Meeting.
The returning president says he wants to move the Stompers back into the community and reestablish the organization as a prominent, charitable group, raising money to support worthy causes in Central Ohio's LGBT community.
